Managing everything is more than you think
When the hospital lost my mom's body and told us we had to find it, I was devastated. It was a huge relief to have somebody on our side to coordinate that mistake with
the hospital while I was grieving.
We needed a dumpster delivered to my uncle's shore house 2.5 hours away. They wanted somebody at the house to take the delivery. I had to figure out how to find a local teenager to get their by posting on the town's facebook page.
After my mom passed, I felt like I had to do everything planning the funeral, life insurance proceeds, getting her stuff from the house. My sister and I got in a huge fight over the catering for the wake. I just wish I could have had help planning everything.
